Push-Button
Banking
Have you ever needed to inquire about your account information after
hours or when away from your computer? Not a problem -- just use Push-Button
Banking at 1-800-952-2719.
Our easy-to-use phone "menu" will help you navigate through your options.
When you call, be sure to have your account number(s) and your Personal
Identification Number (PIN).
- You may choose a 4-digit PIN when you open an account, and you
are free to change this number at any time through the "Change
PIN" option within Push-Button Banking. You may also call the Bookkeeping
Department at (309) 662-0415 to obtain or reset a PIN.
- If you would like to utilize the "Transfer of Funds" option, it
will be necessary for you to contact us beforehand at (309) 662-0411.
There are a few online adjustments we must make before the first
automated transfer can occur, and to protect your financial privacy,
we also need for you to complete a Transfer Authorization form. This
form designates all accounts that you wish to have transfer capabilities
with, and your signature on the form permits us to establish Push-Button
Banking Access.
After this is completed, you will be able to transfer funds between your accounts
as often as you like, depending on funds availability.
- When calling to obtain mortgage or installment loan information,
please be prepared with the last 8 digits (your borrower number)
and the first 5 digits (your note number). A total of 13 digits is
required.
- When calling to obtain revolving credit (overdraft protection)
information, please have your borrower number (checking account)
number ready.
