Allowable Overdraft Privilege Service

At some point, most of us make a mistake in our checkbook of have an emergency expense a little larger than we can cover at that moment. If you would like the assurance that a non-sufficient funds check/debit will be paid and not returned, we can help you!First State Bank is pleased to offer Overdraft Privilege! In most cases, we will pay your overdraft up to $700 ($400 for Simply Free Checking accounts), but not all accounts are eligible and some restrictions do apply. Overdraft Protection Services

If you are the type of person who prefers to avert an overdraft whenever possible, you will be interested in one of our Overdraft Protection services. Ask us about establishing automatic transfers from anotherFirst State Bank checking, savings, or money market account to cover any potential overdrafts in your checking account. Another option is an automatic advance from a credit card. Just ask one of our Bookkeepers for details.
